My goal is to create a safe and inclusive space where women and non-binary individuals can find strength, support, and knowledge to navigate this transformative stage in life.
While a natural aging event for people with female sex hormones, the menopause is a massive biological, neurological, endocrinological and psycho-social transition. Every person’s menopause is also unique to them.
