Meant to Pause Yoga

Empowering & Embracing the Menopause Transition

Class Schedule

I teach an all-levels Hatha class at 9:30am on Saturdays at The Yoga Tree in Seattle. Also on Zoom.

Starting 1/7/26, I 'm offering a 6-week "Yoga for Menopause" series on Wednesdays from 10-11:15am, IRL or on Zoom. Sign up for all 6 weeks or drop-in when you can!

Lori V.,  Seattle

"Excellent class. I appreciated the restorative nature of the poses. At the end, I like the different poses held for a time while breathing much better than sitting in meditation"

Caro G., Seattle

"Roisin is an excellent teacher. She provides a good balance of postures and breath work. She's also very personable and encouraging."

Molly S., Seattle

"Incredibly comprehensive and prepared me for perimenopause."

You are not alone

Empowering People at All Stages of Reproductive Aging

Meant to Pause Yoga is dedicated to providing supportive yoga classes and research-based workshops to educate, empower, and embrace the opportunities of the menopause transition. My goal is to create a safe and inclusive space where individuals can find strength, support, and knowledge to navigate this transformative stage in life.

While a natural aging event for most people with female sex hormones, the menopause is a massive biological, neurological, endocrinological and psycho-social transition. Every person’s journey through menopause is also unique to them.

I teach menopause yoga through the lens of being a cis queer white woman and welcome all lived experiences, along with diverse gender and sexual identities.
